What is it?

What's the best and free all-in-one media player you can find in the web?
It's VLC or VideoLAN.

Available for Windows and Mac OS X. VLC can play almost any media files such as AVI, FLV, MPEG, DivX, MP3, WAV, WMV, OGG, and several others. It can also play DVD's and VCD's.
Well-known media players such as quicktime, divx, real player, windows media player, and others can only play few media formats. VLC can play all these formats so you'll have no trouble downloading all of them.
The player looks really simple but you can use various skins to make it look better.
You can download all the skins here (17.9MB) in one zipped package.

Karma: The Game is a retro-styled platformer where moral choices guide your progression through six lifetimes. This demo represents just one of those lifetimes.
I'm calling this a demo but it's more of a beta-test. I'm looking forward to getting feedback, criticism, new ideas etc. I'm planning on releasing this game in chapters. This is actually the second chapter (level) of the game. My plan is to take the feedback I receive and work on the first part of the game. Then eventually re-release this chapter as a final version.
I'm really looking forward to what everyone thinks about it. I'm going to take all feedback very seriously. One thing I'm interested in is how long it takes people to run through the level the first time.
I've been working on this for over 4 months. Hope you enjoy it!
Planned features:
100% original and used-with-permission graphics.
6 lifetimes (levels) each with a unique character and mini-story.
Overarching themes and storyline encompass all 6 lifetimes.
Character can be customized with colors and accessories (HATS!)
Items can be picked up and used to solve puzzles. (1st level has 6 items)
Multiple solutions to many puzzles attached to a moral decision.
Gaining a lot of good or bad karma will alter your progress though the game
Windows XP/ Vista required

Description:
UBitMenu is a simple way for professional Microsoft® Office users to get accustomed to the new ribbon based interface of Office 2007 without any performance loss. It will emulate / activate the Office 2003 menu in Word 2007, Excel 2007 and Powerpoint 2007.
If you have spent agonizing minutes trying to find features in Word, Excel or PowerPoint ribbons that would have been at your finger tips in Office 2003 you will soon appreciate UBitMenu, especially when you have to finish an important document under time pressure.
UBitMenu does not hide the ribbon interface, but adds the classic menu as a new ribbon. By-and-by you will realize that many functions are indeed easier to handle using Office 2007 ribbons. Microsoft® has done a good job there.
UBitMenu Advantages:
- based on standard Microsoft® Office-AddIn technology
- contains no active code elements (no virus scanner hassle)
- no VSTO or .NET-environment or configuration needed
- no dependencies
- extremely small file size
- no impact on performance
Download and Installation:
UBitMenu can be installed with standard user rights on any Windows® Office 2007 environment. You may need to save the file to a trusted location on your hard disk before you run the setup.
The setup application will install UBitMenu AddIn-files for Excel, Word and PowerPoint. All changes are registered for uninstallation. We have checked all setup files for viruses. Your scanner will recheck the files during installation.
To uninstall our software please use the 'Software' applet in the Windows Control Panel. The name of this applet may be language specific. You will find an entry for UBitMenu there.
